Personal Space
Personal Space is an on-campus getaway for college students that provides a custom stress-relieving experience for each individual. Through an online questionnaire, students are able to select what they would like to look at (color, animated gradient, landscape, etc.) and what they would like to listen to (music, nature sounds, white noise, etc.) so they can schedule their own Personal Space on their campus.

Senior Thesis Project

This project began as a semester long exploration of mindfulness, mental health in college students, and proven methods of stress relief. During this time I planned out how I would bring Personal Space to life and what deliverables I would design in the next semester.
My first step was to build a Personal Space on campus where 13 of my peers would participate in their own custom experience.
I created a Google Form called the Space Maker where each student was able to select what they wanted to be projected into their space along with some questions about their stress, music taste, and the desired duration for their session.
In order to capture this process, I composed a document where all of my experimental research was explained. You can view that PDF here.
After I completed the important task of actually creating, designing, and experiencing Personal Space, it was time to move into branding.
